Location and two car park spaces and 2 bathrooms upstairs ( main and an en-suite)
Need a few more things in the property- cutlery, tea towels, bedroom side tables instructions for use of certain appliances. The property is brand new but soulless. Bed linen needs to be ironed too. Final the bins at back are overflowing need to be put out for emptying

Comfortable house, had everything we needed for a night stay
Tried to order food for delivery but the address was not registered on maps as new build so had to meet delivery driver elsewhere

Good location and parking outside. Quiet neighbourhood
Lack of basics in property, no bins in bathroom or upstairs, lack of cutlery only 3 of everything, no chopping boards, no wine glasses and only 2 small glasses, no oven gloves, no instructions for anything,no lamps, garden you couldn’t use- no outdoor furniture and just a load of weeds, bedding didn’t look clean, no hand towels in bathrooms… sadly I could go on
