Sehr zentral und sehr ruhig gelegen, 2. Stock. Sauber, sehr geräumig, Aufzug, Vermieter reagiert auf Anfragen sofort. Ab 20 Uhr verkehrsberuhigt. Ideal um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden, Restaurant und Bars nicht weit weg. P fussläufig, aber teuer.

Dunstabzugshaube funktioniert noch nicht

Great location for restaurants, cafes, shops and walking everywhere. Excellent facilities in kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed and sofas. Very large and spacious apartment. Quiet location. Communication from the host.

Just missing a kettle!!

Comodissimo. A 10 minuti dal super centro ( la struttura è in centro) e dal polo universitario. Corso Fogazzaro è bellissimo , sono tutti portici. Tranquillo in un palazzo antico , al mattino ti svegliano le rondini. Sì il garrire delle rondini, non i rondoni. Stupendo! C’è tutto quel che serve e a pochi passi hai tutto per una cena ( bistrot bar e persino cucina veg). C’è la macchina del caffè.

Sarebbe stato perfetto trovare una bottiglia d’acqua e magari uno snack in velocità. Per vedere la tv devi loggarti e dovresti avere un account (quindi la spegni immediatamente). Ma sono piccolezze risolvibili.

The photos really do the place justice. I walked in and was already happy. The sleeping area with two small balconies overlooking the street is something that I'd want for my own place. The bed is very comfortable while the outside noise is minimal even in the busy centro on a weekend. The location really is ideal. The nearby streets seem to have everything you could be looking for.
