Le design intérieur était vraiment super, les lits très confortables et bien rangés, belle cuisine et salon aussi.
Certaines parties de la chambre étaient encore assez poussiéreuses et le tapis de bain très usé.

The apartment was decorated beautifully. Everything was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was very good and there was Netfix. Shower pressure was really good, and we really liked the bedrooms. It's clear a lot of care has gone into making this place homely and it has all the amenities you could need for a great stay.

Our contact person at Elev8Stays was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and literally available 24/7, 7 days a week. She did a fantastic job and made us feel very welcome and taken care of.
The flat is newly done and nicely decorated. Although the rooms were much smaller (and the living room much darker) than expected they were nicely done up.
We were provided with a brand new highchair and travel cot for our 1 year old. Both the highchair and the travel cot were of excellent quality. Stair gates were also installed which was very much appreciated. Huge thanks to Elev8Stays for this!
There was coffee and tea available in the kitchen which was lovely as we didn't have to worry about taking a trip to the supermarket on the night of our arrival.
The first impression when arriving at the address was unfortunately not very good. There were piles of rubbish outside the building and the building itself looks a bit run down. Same applies to the inside of the building.
The flat is located on the second floor, third, if you count the stairs leading up to the house entrance. It would have been nice had this been mentioned in the flat's description.
None of the flat's rooms has a garden view. What you see when you look out of any window are piles of rubbish, some trees and other blocks of flats.
According to the flat's description there is space for six people, however, there were only 3 mugs and 3 water glasses. We were 2 adults with 2 children so we were literally constantly washing mugs and glasses. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying.
There was no broom or hoover available in the flat which was a shame as we would have liked to clean the floor on a daily basis. Eating with children is always a bit messy and it would have been nice being able to clean up crumbs and the like properly.
Unfortunately, the front door of the building was open day and night and the flat's door did not seem very 'massive', i.e. burglar proof. Personally, I did not feel entirely safe at night. Seeing that the flat has been newly renovated it would have been nice had the flat's door been replaced too.
