The caravan was modern, clean and cosy.
The location was perfect, only a five minute drive down into Looe.
The site was clean and well maintained.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The park and multisports cage were brilliant for the children.
The views from the site were beautiful.
The club was fun and entertaining.
The pool times are very odd and you struggle to book a slot.
Pool changing rooms could have been cleaner and there was a funny smell drifting out of the pool toilets.
Alot of the games in the arcade were either off or broken.

Could have had more interaction with the staff - upon checking we just got given a key and left to our own devices - to figure out where bins were -etc
We were told toilet paper would be provided wasn’t made clear you only get 1 roll per stay & that was for 5 people - plus washing facilities were not made clear - they said on phone washing and drying provided - but no facility in caravan - maybe this was in reception area but this wasn’t communicated -

Very small, no basics such as towels beds weren’t made, not enough linen and generally run down and grubby and hard mattress

"Very clean caravan very comfy beds and hot shower. Campsite immaculate had a lovely little shop staff very friendly. Very comfotable relaxing stay with my daughter."
