Location was great with loads of shops and takeaways, pubs and restaurants within a minutes walk
We were ok with them but you have to go up a very steep set of stairs when you first go in

The flat was really spacious and well equipped. Permit parking was kindly arranged by our host Paul and was almost outside the front door! There is a barbers below which is closed at night so the bedrooms were very quiet and peaceful. It was an overnight stay but we could have comfortably stayed much longer- two decent supermarkets are close by. Amazing value all round.

Flat was generally clean, with good facilities.

Quiet considering the location
Easy to get hold of the landlord.
The stairs were so steep, with small stairs, that I wouldn't recommend for elderly or people with walking difficulties.
Had to blockade stairs at night, for fear of someone falling down them.
No curtains on the landing. Had to dress in tiny bathroom, after showering as had to cross landing to bedroom.
No bath sheets only small towels. / No bath mat.
No hook in bathroom for hanging nightwear/towel.
No wall shower, only handheld.
No mattress protectors, and the mattress did have some stainage😣
TV controls difficult to navigate.
Oven trays still full of crumbs, from previous occupants
Hole in wall and lose electrics by tv.
