5min drive from city centre, spacious and very comfy felt like home. Shower was amazing. Host was great and clear instructions.

We loved the personal touches such as books and games to make it feel welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean with plenty of hot water for 6 guests. We only booked for one night but wished we had been there for a few more days. Our host was very helpful, available and responsive during the booking process. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for those wanting a homely (rather than bland, corporate) place to stay.

The location is outstanding, really close to the seafront and the shops and restaurants of Southsea. It allowed a to make the most of a very short stay.
The size of the flat is also amazing, really spacious, one huge double, and 2 smaller doubles. The living dining room is also really spacious and there are high ceilings throughout.
The host communication and keys etc is all really smooth.
This is a hard to write, I rebooked this as we visited about 18mths ago and enjoyed our stay so was really pleased when the flat was available this time.
When we were on our way the host mentioned there was a leak in the living room ceiling. I imagined this would be small. When we arrived it was a huge leak above the door into the living room. There was a towel and basin on the floor collecting drips. The ceiling was discoloured and damaged and the flat smelled bad as a result.
At 8pm the leak turned into a full on downpour, and the same at 8am the next morning.
It really wasn't appropriate for the flat to be let out without this being fixed. And definitely not at full price.
The furniture could also do with an upgrade the middle bed is very soft and there is a chair in the living room that isn't really sprung any more.
I really hope this leak can be fixed, I think it needs landlord intervention but until it's repaired we wouldn't return.
