Very new property, well equipped and clean. Very close to Bologna Centrale station. Good base to explore Bologna and fir day trips to Firenze, Verona and Parma
The only downside was the lift breaking down twice in our 3 day stay and having to go up 6 flights of steps each time. This was fixed promptly each time. It is a brand new lift and probably just needs some setting.
