L'accueil, l'emplacement, la cour intérieur et la fraicheur du logement par une nuit de forte chaleur fut très appréciable
L'annonce parle d'un jacuzzi sans date ni condition, dommage car finalement disponible qu'en Juillet et Aout (compréhensible) mais il aurait été apprécié en juin par les températures que nous avons eu

The host really took care of everything. Instructions upon arrival, a city-map with cool and useful places to visit, and much more. The appartment is huge, with a total of 10 sleeping places if needed (not even counting the couch)!
Location towards Metro absolutely acceptable walk. And from the Metro it's easy to get anywhere in Paris.
Saint-Denis. Sorry to say, but Saint-Denis itself is... well.. it's lost. Feels like a very unsafe neighbourhood and to be fair, I wouldn't let my wife walk alone there at night. It's not the fault of the host, and at least within the walls (gates) of the appartment everything feels cozy and nice. I cannot stress enough that the host did everything he could to make you feel good and safe, so I didnt lose a minute of sleep over it at least. But just forget about a nice evening walk through the city with the family. We intentionally left jewelry at home and avoided displaying any signs of wealth publicly, just to avoid becoming a target. Sad story.
