Welcome to Whitefield Vistas; this picturesque home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and offers spectacular ocean views from multiple rooms. Boasting tons of outdoor space where you'll enjoy stunning North Shore Ocean Views from each of the three decks, the ultimate spot for a morning cup of coffee or glass of wine in the evening. All nestled in a serene canyon; perfect for a family vacation with multiple generations and is a exceptionally fun house for kids of any age. Complete with a game room & a fully equipped gym. This home is one-of-a-kind and not to be missed.
The amazing kitchen is a Chef's paradise where you'll be able to whip up many gourmet meals, if you're not too distracted staring out the large windows taking in the Stunning Ocean Views.
You'll be just a few minutes from some one the best beaches on the west coast, including La Jolla Shores. Spend you evenings dining at some of the best restaurants in the state in La Jolla Village, followed by a few drinks at some of the hottest night spots around. Less than 20 minutes to SeaWorld & The Gaslamp District, and only 25 minutes to the world famous San Diego Zoo.
Minimum age to rent is 30. Identity may be verified by 3rd party prior to approval.
Use of pool and hot tub is at your own risk. Neither Owner nor Host bear any responsibility for accidents or injuries, including drowning.
There are bunk beds in the home, and use of the bunk beds is at your risk. Neither Owner nor Host bear any responsibility for accidents or injuries, including death.
Pool heat (optional) is $59 per day and will be collected separately. Excessive dirt/sand in pool or spa will result in an extra cleaning charge of $250. Please be sure to rinse off before getting into pool or spa, especially if you've been to the beach.
Fireplaces in bedrooms are decorative and not functional.
There are cameras on property (outside only). 1 video door bell by front door, 1 video door bell by entry gate, 1 video door bell by west gate, 1 camera on garage peak facing the street, 1 camera on garage by walkway, 3 in garage where owner parks his vehicles (not for guest use).
Caretaker may be on property in ADU situated well away from main house, down in the canyon, under one of the large decks. Depending on the dates of your stay, you may request caretaker not be on-site.

My friends and I have been making an annual trip for 10 years now, and we all agreed this was our best house yet! It was spacious, clean, and had AMAZING views. Our host, Mark, was terrific--very accommodating and responsive to any inquiries we had. When we return to San Diego, we will absolutely book this house again. BOOK IT...you'll be glad you did.

Property was impeccable, great location, and a wonderful neighborhood and neighbors as well. Each room was well maintained and we really didn’t need to bring anything except food. Definitely a five star resort.

Beautiful spacious home, large indoor and outdoor tables that could seat all 14 adults and 2 teenagers to celebrate my father’s 95th birthday! 6 bedrooms that easily accommodate adults, bunk bed room for kids and two overflow rooms with beds one in the attic and one in the basement good enough for young adults. The kitchen is perfect for large families and the host is incredibly responsive! We would definitely stay here again
