Cosy house "Föhrenheim". In the district of Weidach, 500 m from the centre, 6.5 km from the centre of Seefeld, in the residential district, 7 km from the lake, 1.2 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 150 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 500 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Führenwald" 120 m, railway station "Seefeld" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreith Alm 1.2 km, Rosshütte 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 7 km. Hiking paths: Wetterstein, Alpenpark Karwendel. The two apartments are in the front half of the house. 1 parking space per apartment on the property (not suitable for cars with low ground clearance). Access to the huge network of cross-country trails is in the immediate vicinity.

Ich habe die Unterkunft jetzt im 3. Jahr in Folge gebucht. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden. Allerdings gibt es immer wieder Mängel wie die katastrophale Stromverkabelung, Heizungsprogrammierung und in diesem Jahr das nichtfunktionierende (aufgrund von nicht gezahlten Entgelten!!) WLan, die das Urlaubsvergnügen einschränken. Sehr zufrieden bin ich mit Frau Jana M., die immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist und sich schnell um Probleme kümmert.

Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Ich hab mir die Wohnung mit einer anderen Dame geteilt, das ging prima durch die Zimmeraufteilung war genug Platz das jeder sein eigenes Reich hatte. Leider gab es im Treppanaufgang kein Licht aber dank Taschenlampe war das kein Problem. Unsere Freunde waren in der unteren Wohnung untergebracht, so war es ein schöner Urlaub.

The accommodation was comfortable and the kitchen adequately equipped. It was good having two bathrooms. A well situated property near to the langlauf loipes and all amenities in the village.

First, we have had a nice holiday, but this depended mainly of the activities outdoor. The apartment has enough place for two persons, the interior is nice. There are two badrooms. The neighborhood is quiet. Unfortunately the kitchen is very poorly equipped. No soupspoon, no breadknife, no microwave oven, cooking pans without cover, and covers without pans... This can be improved with little cost.
