Private: property 300 m2, beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, pond. In the house: bicycle rental. Parking at the house on the premises. Unterkunft war Top. Übergabe mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Vermieter sprach Englisch und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Une maison magnifique décorée avec beaucoup de goût , , où il fait bon vivre et dans laquelle on se sent si bien . Le jardin est également des plus agréables, accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire qui reste disponible si on a besoin . Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances . Merci beaucoup au propriétaire

Uns hat es im Ferienhaus La Demeure de Tumiac sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr individuell eingerichtet, eben kein typisches Ferienhaus sondern ein Haus, dass der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer außerhalb der Saison auch selbst bewohnt. Die helle und perfekt ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und der windgeschützte Innenhof waren für uns die Highlights. Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind nur mit Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. wenige Minuten zu Fuß durch die Dünen zum Strand.

sehr guter Zustand, wir 3 Erw, 1 Hund waren bereits das 2. Mal hier. abgeschlossenes Grundstück (Thema Hund), sehr schöner, ruhiger Garten, tolle Küche. schöner Strand, mobiler Bäcker kommt ins Quartier, Supermarkt in ca.1,5 km.
