This pretty family house of approximately 105 m², with simple amenities, includes a living room with large bay windows opening onto a pleasant south-facing terrace.
From the living room and the garden, you can enjoy a wide view of the sea. On the ground floor, a fitted and equipped kitchen, recently renovated, a bathroom and a separate toilet, complete the ground floor of the House. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), two bedrooms with two single beds (80x190) in each (one with pull-out beds), a toilet with hand basin.
A private parking space outside the plot will allow you to park without difficulty.
