We stayed 8 wonderful days in Jean Paul’s beautiful apartment. Very peaceful surroundings with a magnificent view. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful rest.

Property has incredible location on the water front/beach. Historical location very unique. Well centered for all WWII Sites, Grand Camp Maisy Battery, point du Hoc, Omaha beach and other Beach sites for D-Day, St Mere Egliase, and other D-Day Battle locations. It truly only had one Toilet. The Sinks and Shower are in one room with washer and Dryer. The toilet is in separate small room. Bedrooms are small but all is workable and functional. Kitchen has everything you need. Little bar is fun and convenient to visit around. Patio outside is great with large yard. We were there for 80th D-Day festivities so saw WWII Airplanes back and forth to point du Hoc. Proprietor was available, friendly and helpful. Responsive and suggestive of local area amenities.

The sea view is a big plus for this property, always changing, never boring, and very close. The property has a spacious living room, 1 spacious and 2 smaller bedrooms. The kitchen is complete but small. The location is very quiet, on the outskirts of Grandcamps-Maisy. Good location for Utah, Omaha and Gold beaches. The host was attentive and the instructions were clear.

The apparment is very nice, beautiful situated and well equiped.
Beds are a little bit small (my height is 1.84cm)
Contact with the owner was bad, the house was during our stay under construction.
The owner told us, after we had informed him, that he would stop the workers for the week. The week after our stay there would be no geusts, but nothing happened, when we sat the next day at our brekfast the workers were still walking around and making loud noises with sledge hammers.
Therefor, the house is OK but the owner still has a lot to learn.
