The flat was very conveniently located, close to shops and with easy access to the river path, which made it very pleasant for walks and daily errands. The host was always available to answer any questions and was very helpful throughout the stay. For the purposes of my trip, the accommodation was a 10. I would definitely stay here again
The only things I missed were a microwave and slightly more stable Wi-Fi, which would have made the experience even better. Overall, a very good stay and I would happily recommend it.

The location was great. The house has a wide range of amenities, toiletries, kitchen utensils, cleaning products and a dyson cordless hoover.
The accommodation was badly cleaned, dusty and very dirty (especially under bed and sofa and inside the bedroom wardrobe ). The house, a basement, was lacking a decent amount of windows to ensure the house ventilation (no windows in the bedroom, bathroom and entrance) resulting in the house smelling of humidity.
The dishwasher was missing salt and rinser.
I would also like to express our disap about the poor cleaning state of the house. My wife and I had to pass the hoover several times across the house (especially under the sofa and the double bed), as there was dust every where on the floors. The kitchen and toilet surfaces were ok, but all the inside of the furniture needed to be cleaned in every room. The outside space, terrace was in a poor space (floor and the walls) amd there was no broom. Inside the hose the doors and walls were quite dirty and we had to remove quite lots of spider webs. The wardrobe in the bedroom was falling apart and the sliding doors were not functioning properly.
Despite the poor cleaning status, we have been happy with the house itself, its great location and è many amenities. We have been very grateful to find in the house a wide selection of cleaning products, toiletries and kitchen supplies. The bed Lines and towels were in a good state.
