House "Luxner". 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 10 km from the centre of Fügen, 17 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 9 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 6 km. Wij verbleven met 4 personen op de bovenste etage. Vanaf het balkon een prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk rustig. Een goed uitgeruste keuken, waardoor we ook heerlijk zelf konden koken. Dit appartement ligt hoog op de berg, dus de weg er naar toe is steiler en ligt verder van winkels en restaurants af, maar voor ons was dat geen enkel probleem. Voor het uitzicht alleen al, zouden we zo weer gaan. En M. is een uitstekende host en regelde elke dag verse broodjes.
