We stayed over for a week in May with our two kids. The owners are not speaking english, but are very helpful and friendly. The found our way with Google Translate. The car could be parked in the yard, which is enclosed by a fence with a locked gate, guarded by two dogs. So your car and equipment / luggage are very safe here. There is also a fire place inside to warm the living room if teh heating is not enough. We had a lot of value for the money we spent!

Een simpele woning waar je met een gezin van 4p goed kunt verblijven. De woning is rustiek en wat donker en de inrichting is zodanig dat lekker loungen niet echt kan (de grote keukentafel is het centrale punt). Des al niet te min is het een prettige verblijfsruimte. Het feit dat een airco aanwezig is, is zeker in de zomerhitte echt heel prettig. De buitenruimte is beperkt en gedeeld met eigenaar De gastvrouw spreekt enkel Italiaans maar is bijzonder gastvrij en vriendelijk. Geen probleem dus.

Al Rustico was our home away from home! Signora Rita was the most caring and friendliest host ever! Her smile always made our day. Mum and I highly recommend a stay at Al Rustico. For us it was a central location allowing us to visit the paesi (towns) around Balzone.
This residence is clean with everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay.
