Lovely villa for eight guests just 350m from the beach. It offers a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bedroom, a practical kitchen, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. It also includes A/C, a washing machine, a private covered parking space, and a BBQ (the fireplace is not equipped with grates for hygiene reasons. Grates can be purchased at the closest hardware store).°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type, which may differ in details such as furniture, decorations, and colours.
*Check-in: 16:00-19:00 (20:00 in high season)

-1 beach place per accommodation (1 parasol, 1 deckchair, 1 sunbed from the 4th row)

Schöne Ferienwohnung, wir konnten gleich am Vormittag rein, war alles sauber. Lage sehr gut, zentral aber ruhig, 10 Minuten zum Strand.

Unica nota negativa molti divieti per cani e spiaggia Pluto riservata a 4 km tutto il resto ok

Das Haus sieht auf den Bildern sehr schön aus, Mieter müssen sich aber auf ein etwas heruntergekommenes und teilweise anderes Mobiliar einstellen.
Außerdem war es zu Beginn nicht sehr sauber.
