Property composed of main house and outbuilding 4 km from the centre of San Polo in Chianti, 16 km from the centre of Impruneta, 23 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property, terraced garden with flowers and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Schönes Haus, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Netter Vermieter, der auf Wünsche eingeht. (In unserem Fall eine Mikrowelle.) Nicht nur die Erwachsenen, sondern auch die Kleinkinder, haben sich wohl gefühlt. Traumhafte Aussicht auf die typischen Toskana-Täler. Im Garten mit Olivenbäumen immer wieder Plätzchen/Sessel für Pärchen. Geeignet für Menschen, die in Ruhe entspannen möchten.

Super mooi ruim huis op een droom lokatie. Goed verzorgd en aardige gastheren. Lekker zwembad en mogelijkheid om te eten op meerder dagen. Onvergetelijke vakantie.
