I have been here a few times now and it gets better everytime cheapest around skegness and clean with big tv

Hotel is dated but has a charm about it.
Room was clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet excellent and evening meal offer was very good and reasonable price.
Worth a short break here.
