It is a dual aspect property with lots of light. The living area, kitchen and dining areas are spacious. The bed is substantial and comfortable. There is plenty of cupboard space and toilets both upstairs and downstairs. The location was good, within walking distance of Avenue Louise and Place Flagey. Good transport links.
The property badly needs TLC as it is clearly showing signs of wear and tear. Some of the kitchen cupboards and drawers are literally falling apart. There are stains on many of the walls and doors as well as on the couch. The bedsheets had several small holes. The staircase to the bedroom is narrow and steep.

La facilidad con que se pudo acceder al lugar con las instrucciones dadas por el propietario. Dejamos, por equivocación, las llaves dentro y nos dieron unas nuevas. El lugar confortable y amplio.
Que la bañera no drenaba bien el agua al bañarse, estaba medio tapada. Que en la cocina, habían copas trizadas y un cajón con utensilios de cocina estaba roto.
