Proximity to European parliament area, with a scenic walk into city center
Modern furniture; plenty of sofa seating

Useful to know but not necessarily a problem:
Very step narrow steps to basement bedroom (not suitable for less able people)
Train line runs beside building so you can hear/feel trains going past (but they're not overly frequent or disturbing)
Only 1 key (difficult if group split)
Very little natural light in main living/kitchen area due to being ground floor so where the front window would normally be is shuttered and cutained off. But the back bedroom was bright and we could keep the door open to light the kitchen. Might seem a little odder in summer though to have curtains permanently closed.
Obviously no natural light in basement bedroom
Bad smell in common entrance hall (possibly from drains)

Ottima posizione vicino al parlamento europeo e a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro.
È praticamente attaccata ai binari del treno, quindi si sentono treni passare ad ogni ora del giorno (e anche della notte). Se avete un sonno leggero non fa per voi. Io sinceramente non ho problemi di questo tipo e quindi do un 8 come value generale, ma è giusto sottolinearlo.
