Beautiful, clean, large home in the perfect location for our son's rowing regatta. We will be back next year.

The house is nice, and well-stocked. The kitchen is in good working order, everything was clean and bright, and the driveway/garage could comfortably accommodate three vehicles (one in the oversized garage, two in the driveway in front of that). No hidden cameras, bed bugs, grime, or other significant issues. The house sits on a mostly completed street, in an active construction zone. Making the mistake of having my window open, I was treated to the sound of what seemed to be a large diesel work truck, dragging a half-ton iron pipe up and down the road at 2am, for about half an hour. I have no idea what that ruckus was. As long as the windows stay closed, the noise isn't particularly disruptive. You also have an active canal running through the back yard, but ships seemed to go slow and not make much noise.There was a candle in the living room, with what seemed to be mouse droppings inside, but otherwise, the place was pretty much spotless, and the cleaning/setup crew seemed to have thought of everything you might need.One last complaint: one door wouldn't lock properly. I've contacted the owner about this matter.

The house is brand new. It have everything you need and more in it. Really clean. It is beautifull and near of everything. Sameer is a super host too.
