    I am going to start by saying that the hotel is very well located, near good restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Nevertheless, the air conditioning of the rooms do not work. I was kept all night calling reception to try to fix it, and nobody could help it. I spent two nights and for the whole two nights the air conditioning did not cooled. They control the temperatures in the reception, so guests can't change the temperature, speed, etc. It was very frustrating since you are paying for a service that they do not provide.
