Small single-family house "Alfreda". 500 m from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Imperia/Porto Maurizio, 19 km from the centre of San Remo, in the residential district, 500 m from the sea, located by a road. Private: natural state property 40 m2 (fenced) with trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 50 m, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bar, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Imperia / Porto Maurizio" 6 km, sandy beach, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 500 m, cycle lane.

Das Häuschen befindet sich ausserhalb von San Lorenzo al Mare. Wer gerne einen Moment zum Strand läuft ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Häuschen ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmerplatten fehlen teilweise oder sind beschädigt. Die Matrazen sind sehr bequem. Die Betten sind alt und quietschen bei jeder Drehung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, nur italienisch sprechend. Betreffend Sauberkeit gibt es noch Optimierungspotential. Für uns hat es gepasst.

Mit der Unterkunft waren wir zufrieden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Waschaschine war auch da. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und kein Ventilator. Daher war das Haus sehr warm und man fand wenig Schlaf. Kein WLAN. Das Haus steht direkt an der lauten Straße und ist nicht zentral und man muss ca.1 km bergab ohne Fußgängerweg zum Strand laufen. Ca.20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Ortsmitte. Für Wenigläufer nicht geeignet. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett Tipp: Viel Mückenschutz mitnehmen
