The house is located on one of the small streets in the historical centre of Civezza. The house is spread over two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms both with double beds there is also a modern bathroom. On the second floor there is a fully equipped kitchen area including cooking facilities with dishwasher and washing machine. A large living/dining room opening onto spacious terrace with panoramic views over the olive groves to the sea. There is also a sofa and a satellite TV and DVD. Also on the second floor are two bright airy bedrooms, one with single bed and the other with a king sized bed and another bathroom. It is ideal for a family or group who not only wish to enjoy the beach but also are able to dine on their own private terrace in or sunbathe in total privacy within their own home.
Civezza & Surroundings
Some reasons why Civezza is a perfect holiday location.
Civezza is a typical Italian hilltop village with far reaching views over the sea hills and valleys of the province of Imperia. If you have come to 'simply relax' then you need to go no further than this charming village which offers two shops selling everyday needs and locally grown produce including the famous Taggiasca olive oil and wine. There is a superb restaurant /pizzeria 'Le 5 Torre' serving very good pasta dishes plus a full a'la carte menu. There is also a take-away pizza service here. The village Bar Ristorante la Piazzetta on the main square with stunning views over the valley. The bar is open all day and also serves very good food for lunch and dinner is a perfect meeting place for morning coffee .There are many Festa's throughout the summer months plus live music at various venues within the village. The beautiful ancient church is also must to visit with its most stunning Interior and there are also local walking tracks throughout the valley.
For those who want to venture a little further the nearest beach is 4 km at San Lorenzo al Mare and in the summer months a local bus will drive you down. Here there are several beachside restaurants, children's playground, Ice cream parlour, Banks etc. Most of the local beaches 90% are sandy & public one you can easily find free parking space. Of course slightly furthers afield you have the bright lights of San Remo, Genova Monaco and Nice all within easy distance for a good day out. There are also many boat trips available for example a whale watching trip of 5 hours out at sea to one of the areas where the dolphins and whales are know to gather.Your landlord will provide you with all the information you need for a perfect stay.
Further Details: a charming walking and cycle track all along the sea front built on the line of a disused railway line which runs for the entire length of the coast, from San Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti grossing the town of San Remo the 28 km breathtaking stretch provides access to five kilometres of previously unreachable beaches. The path is a cyclist’s dream: flat and wide, surrounded by trees and flowers, it is perfect for families and for experienced cyclists.

The house is a really good place for families ( even large ones). Is ideally located with 5mins of the nearest beach in a location that has plenty of holiday activities. House was clean and the lady received us timely and very friendly. The only minor blemish was that there is no guranteed parking and the shower water temperature sometimes has a mind of its own. Overall I would recommend this house

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Küche klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Terrasse. 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad in der 1. Etage, 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, Küche und Wohn-Essbereich und Terrasse in der 2. Etage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Betreuung - vielen Dank!

Eine urige, neu hergerichtete Wohnung in einem sehr schönen kleinen Dorf. Für Jugendliche ist aber leider gar nichts geboten.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen, typisch italienischen Ort. Man kommt an und ist sofort im Urlaub.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen, die Kommunikation erfolgte auf Deutsch oder Englisch.
2 Supermärkte, ein Ristorante und eine Pizzeria sind direkt im Ort vorhanden, die sich definitiv sehen lassen können. Für größere Einkäufe sollte man allerdings in die größeren Supermärkte in 5-20 Minuten Entfernung fahren.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
