About this apartment rental

Apartment house "Anton", built in 2017. 4 apartments in the property. In the district of Ramsberg 5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the centre of Ramsau, 7 km from the centre of Zell im Zillertal, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Ramsberg Bergheim" 110 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 2.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, mountain railway 6 km, ski lift 4.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.
"Anton", 3-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, cosy furnishings: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook, satellite TV and radio. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace furniture, sitting area. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Eine wirklich saubere Unterkunft in der alles da ist was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist bei gutem und bei schlechtem Wetter einfach großartig!!! Sehr liebe Vermieter!! Toller Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Aktivitäten: Radtouren an der Ziller, wandern im Tal, wandern in den Bergen, Hallenbäder, Freibäder, Goldwaschen usw. wir haben mit unseren 9 Jährigen Kindern, je nach Wetterlage, alles nutzen können. Nur die 1 Woche hat nicht gelangt :-)
