Beautiful facility, very comfortable and cozy. We didn't get a chance to use the pool because it was a bit too cool but the grounds were lovely. Local bus was convenient for getting into town.
There were 4 friendly dogs that were kept in a kennel by the front gate day and night the majority of our stay and we found this very distressing. After we voiced our concerns a few times the dogs disappeared from the kennel, hopefully up to the main house to run, play and spend time with the host family inside.
There also wasn't anything in walking distance (at least for us) for food or drink but it was easy to get into the city centre by bus or taxi so that wasn't a problem.

great views, especially from the swimming pool. perfect to take a swim after long day in the old town. good place to stay otherwise. parking is secured inside the property.
throw your garbage yourself. remember to do collect separate. distance and streets to the center are not convenient for walking, transportation is needed even for a bit.

This is large villa which is very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is very clam and nice. There is the swimming pool to relax. The kitchenwares are full option. They provide large space for parking. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Not far from Siena’s old town and tourist attraction.
