L’appartement est confortable, fonctionnel, propre, correctement équipé et calme. Situation appropriée pour la visite de Metz et des environs. Le magasin à proximité immédiate est appréciable tant pour le stationnement que piur faire des achats.

Smell and noise insulation, but this is normal for any «social housing» in France. In fact, there are no significant drawbacks

Zeer rustige plek!! Een goed half uur lopen naar het centrum via prettige route met bruggen over de Moezel. Alternatief is bus L5, kaartjes in de bus (contant betalen) of bij automaat op grotere haltes.
Op een warme dag wordt het appartement snel behoorlijk warm. Vergeet dus niet de zonwering omlaag te doen als je weggaat.
