1. The communication is terrific. The owner uses very good English to provide all the information needed.
2. We arrived much earlier than the Check-in time. The owner let us in without any hesitation.
3. A lady waited for us and passed the keys to us, She also guided us to understand everything inside and told us how to use the underground car parking place. It's very safe.
4. The apartment is specious and the view is wonderful.
5. We accidentally broke two bowls and would like to pay the cost. The owner told us not to worry about it. So generous.
6. We messed up the time for Check-out by 25 minutes. The cleaner waited patiently for us to leave.

Es un apartamento bonito, tienes todo lo que necesitas, utensilios en la cocina, buena lavadora, productos de limpieza, etc ...
El apartamento esta en una buena ubicacion.
La señora nos entrego las llaves a la hora que llegamos, muy puntual.
La television del salon tiene netflix, youtube, todo lo que necesitas.
Para nosotros ha sido una buena experiencia.

View from the 10th floor
It doesn't feel good to be there - you don't want to touch things or sit on the floor
Missing (cutting board) and dirty/smelling kitchenware, cup boards
Some of the furniture surfaces (tables) were not wiped
