Small, cosy 3-family house, 2 storeys. In the centre of Terzorio, 3 km from the centre of Santo Stefano al Mare, 15 km from the centre of San Remo, in a sunny, elevated position, 3.5 km from the sea. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Taggia Arma" 8 km, sandy beach "Santo Stefano al Mare" 3 km. Marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, cycle lane 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

Tolle Lage, wenn man mit dem Auto da ist und es gerne ruhig hat. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto nicht weit und man kann in den Bergen gut wandern. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden. Es ist klein, die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer, die Vermieterin nett. Das größte Manko für uns war das quasi nicht funktionierende wlan. Wir würden uns das nächste Mal mit einem analogen Reiseführer ausstatten, Wir waren ohne ziemlich aufgeschmissen. Insgesamt empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

The apartment is small but perfect for a couple and with everything you may need (TV has only german channels though). The view is amazing and the terrace is fantastic and always sunny. The hamlet is very quiet bu be careful that there is a church nearby and the bells toll every hour (even at night).

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden,die Wohnung sehr sauber, nur das ständige Hundegebell und das schlagen der Kirchenglocke nervt schon etwas. Ansonsten gab es keine Beanstandungen.
