My son & I stayed while mountain biking at Derby. The rooms were clean & tidy. Towels were softer than 5 star hotels I've stayed in! The showers & toilets were always clean. The included breakfast was an added bonus, tea/coffee, juices, cereals, different bread, jam, peanut butter etc. Also ate at the pub & despite being busy, meals came out quickly & were generous and tasted great.
There was a friendly atmosphere as all guests were fellow mountain bikers and we had a number of great conversations with people from all over Australia & overseas. The staff were all excellent, friendly & willing to help with any requests. Highly recommended.

Food here is great and service from Sam top shelf. Derby is a wonderful town. Make sure you try the desert pudding. It’s award winning good.
