Clean, convenient for station and shops, good for parking, spacious, good kitchen
Poor shaped bathroom unfortunately means nowhere to store hand towel. Wardrobe in second bedroom was filled with a double mattress AND an ironing board that couldn’t collapse so little space for clothes. Radiators need rebalancing - there’s plenty of heat from the boiler but it doesn’t get hot enough in the lounge with the radiator full on.
