Modern 3 Bedroom Apartment

la comodidad de la casa sus camas su calefaccion, y una super cocina, los dormitorios muy bien alhajados, un inmenso TV, la tranquilidad del barrio es inmensa y ademas muy seguro, la movilizacion quedaba a dos cuadras pero agradable caminar, el supermercado algo retirado a unos 15 minutos caminando pero abre a las 6 am y cierra al as 22 hrs, muy surtido por lo demas , el bus se demoraba al centro unos 30 minutos, un viaje agradable en todo caso, que ademas tenia buena conexion al centro ´por ejemplo nos dejo al lado del bus al aeropuerto, y enseguida pasaba por el centro de la ciudad al principio dudamos de lo lejos que podria ser, pero reconocemos que fue un detalle, por la calidad precio

la dificultad para abrir la puerta de acceso, la vecina nos ayudo para abrirla porque tenia que hacerse con cierta fuerza y de una manera especial, en fin despues lo superamos, pero nos tomo un rato resolver abrir la puerta la primera y segunda vez el baño despues de ducharse se sale el agua y conveniente seria tener algo con que secar el piso detalles minimos comparados con la calidad de la casa y sus comodidades

Tutto è andato bene

Venendo dall’Italia, ho trovato solo un po’ di difficoltà a chiudere le porte perché il sistema scozzese è diverso, un’istruzione sulla Porta sarebbe di aiuto

Location is 15/20 minutes from the centre of Edinburgh, with easy transport links. all 3 rooms we're am ideal size with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything you need to make and prepare meals, i know other reviews mentioned no microwave so keep that in mind, but the oven and hob were more than enough, along side a kettle and fridge. plenty of space to park out front and around the back. Wifi was free and worked with no issues.

Checked in at 3pm and the apartment was not ready, with laundry piled up in the bathroom and unmade beds etc, a quick email to the contact regarding this and the cleaner arrived and sorted everything within around 30 mins. That being said a thorough deep clean is needed, especially as a portion of the price is a cleaning fee. We moved the sofa to one side to get the dining table out and there were crumbs, rubbish and all sorts under the foot rest and sofa. marks on the walls, a broken plug socket in the living area. It was clean and liveable for a few days but could do with some tlc if we are going to be charged a fee for such upkeep.

Convenient location. Modern design, big tv and clean beds. Ground floor maisonette which is like a house rather than a flat.

It really needs an overall cleaning. There are stains on the walls, spider webs everywhere. Doors need WD40, garden and main door entrance are messy.
