This is a marvellous place to spend one’s holidays. We were looking for something quiet and relaxing and found it here on the otherwise very very touristic island of Kos. Wounderful beaches with only a few people (at least at the end of September/ beginning October) - no other buildings around - nevertheless the restaurant in walking distance- exactly what we were looking for. And David is a super nice host.
There are a few minor things that could be improved- David said he’s working on it. The over all experience is still great.

Sensationelle Lage mit Meerblick nach Westen (jeden Abend ein Sonnenuntergang :-). Weit und breit sonst niemand, nur unten am Strand ein Restaurant und maximal ein Nachbar in den Ferienwohnung nebendran. Der Ort ist ohne Fahrzeug nicht zu erreichen. Ideal für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe (Info per E-Mail). Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es für ein paar Tage braucht. Funktionierende Mückengitter. Bequeme Betten, alles sauber.
Keine Klimaanlage – war im September nicht nötig, könnte aber Juli/August evtl. sehr warm werden. Nur 2 Kochplatten.

Ruhige, einsame Lage mit mehreren Stränden, die auch zu Fuss zu erreichen sind, Auto/Roller sind aber zu empfehlen. Restaurant ebenfalls zu Fuss erreichbar, traumhafte Sonnenuntergaenge garantiert! Apartments sind einfach ausgestattet aber man hat alles was man braucht. Super Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer!

La casa è un sogno: circondata da orti e macchia mediterranea, in una zona non abitata e con pochissimo inquinamento luminoso. Dalla portafinestra si vede il mare e, di notte, gli unici suoni sono le onde e il vento. Nella spiaggia sotto casa, raggiungibile a piedi, il mare è cristallino, spesso agitato, con accesso semplice e sicuro. Il giovane proprietario di Aktea è gentilissimo, sempre sorridente, prodigo di prodotti locali e presente pur senza mai essere invasivo.
