We loved the location in the historic district. The property was quiet and the garden was infused with the smell of jasmine. The host was welcoming and friendly. The area is easy to navigate, with many shops for delicious prepared foods like pizza, salad bags and cold cuts. There is a bakery next door not to be missed.

Our biggest disappointment was our accommodation. I made sure to contact the owner, once we had booked this apartment…to ensure that it would come with two single beds. She replied that this was the case. We had booked ,and paid for, a Superior apartment, with kitchen..to include a stove top, fridge and kitchenware. At no time did the owner contact me, prior to arrival, and state that we would not be getting the apartment with the kitchen facilities because we required 2 separate single beds. Had we been apprised of this, we would have stayed elsewhere. The room provided to us had no area to prepare any food and worst of all , no fridge to hold the prepared food we purchased. Ultimately, we came to understand that the booking information was misleading. The “included” breakfast was minimal.
