Posizione centrale. Camera accogliente e spaziosa.
Giuliana gentilissima e colazione ottima.
Consiglio un soggiorno in questa struttura, per visitare comodamente la stupenda Perugia.
Struttura un po' datata ed è difficile avere una pulizia impeccabile.

The location was fantastic, wonderful host - kind and relaxed which made for a relaxing stay. The inner courtyard garden area is a rare bonus, it was a quiet oasis in the center of the historic area of the city. Highly recommend and also a great price!

Posizione centralissima (all'interno della ZTL e non raggiungibile in auto neanche coi varchi aperti. Inserite nel navigatore come destinazione parcheggio Cupa, difficile trovare posto ma molto economico, o parcheggio Pellini, più grande ma caro; sono collegati con scala mobile in prossimità, circa 300mt, dall'alloggio. Ci sono altri parcheggi pubblici collegati con funicolari o altre scale ma che sbucano più lontano). Appartamento tranquillo e silenzioso con un bellissimo cortile Interno. La signora Giuliana è fantastica, più che una struttura turistica sembra di essere andati a trovare una zia che non vedete da tanto tempo e che vi ospita in casa sua.
L'unica vera mancanza è il bidet in bagno. Poi ci sono alcune cose secondarie. Non c'è la TV in camera (per me è un pro, ma capisco che ad alcuni può mancare). La colazione non prevede il salato (anche in questo caso per me è Ok ma per altri potrebbe non esserlo), l'assortimento non è elevato ma di qualità.
