Beautiful, clean, and renovated property. Comfortable beds, clean dishes and towels available. Located in a quieter neighborhood with its own charm.
Hosts were very receptive and thoughtful as well. All the utensils and miscellaneous items we needed were provided. The main door wasn't functional during our stay, but the hosts contacted us promptly, and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. The door was not a problem for us the rest of our stay.

Communication - Bad and Good
Bad - The e-mail to access the apartment was never sent which caused anxiety about the stay.
Good - Customer service did call at 2:00, 1 hour before check-in to arrange for access to the apartment and were prompt in meeting.
Bad - The first communication was only an hour before check-in.
Property Condition
Bad - None of the 3 air conditioners worked that were located in each of the 2 bedrooms and the living room.
Everything else about the apartment was great.
