The furnishings are a combination of modern and traditional pieces and several of the rooms have Murano glass lighting fixtures and unique wall treatments, street-side windows are double glazed. the floors are the original terracotta and marble tiles with rugs, the ceiling have exposed wooden beams. The soft furnishings and window drapes are cotton. The bathrooms are hand painted and have shower stalls, one has a marble sink.

Air conditioning and floor fans, internet connection, TV, SKY, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, kitchenware and linens. The heating is gas and may be turned off/on by the tenant.
