Location is great and the room is cosy and styled well.
As an English only speaking foreigner it was quite difficult communicating with the host and sorting out all the details of the stay. The booking platform told me one thing and the host another. Still we got there in the end and I would choose to stay again. I think a video of how to find the place would be a good addition.
