The flat is quite comfortable, despite the lack of microwave. But the cleanliness left a little to be desired and especially impossible to enjoy the courtyard as suggested in the ad, no furniture not even a chair...and it was dirty. The apartment is well located, however the address indicated on the ad does not correspond to reality and we had serious difficulties for our arrival. In addition it is in fact in a typical Chinese urban community district (a sort of small village type "hutong" in Beijing) guarded at the entrance and where foreigners are not allowed to stay... We did not have any problems but we could really have had some. Especially since foreigners arriving in China are informed by customs officers that if they are staying with locals (outside the community districts) they must imperatively go with their host to the nearest police station within 24 hours to complete the necessary formalities. Here none of that...I strongly advise against it!
