+ Apt. has everything you might need as a couple for a short stay
- apartment on ground floor
- not enough parking spaces - so it might happen that there is no place to park a car, since there is no dedicated parking spot for the apartment, so you will have to find a paid parking
- in the kitchen, we got used sponge and rag for washing/wiping the dishes = disgusting
- pillows were seriously expired, empty and not comfortable at all
