Eine schöne, ruhige Wohnung oberhalb von Bad Ausseee, mit den Vermietern, ihren Pferden, Katzen und Hühnern als Nachbarn. Direkt am Haus vorbei führt eine Nebenstraße an den Grundlsee, die aber nur wenig befahren wird. Auf Balkonien gibt es viel Platz (Stühle, Tisch, Liegen) für sonnige Tage; im Wohnraum auch gemütliche Ecken (Esstisch, Sofa) für kühle oder nasse Tage. Die Küche ist genial gut ausgestattet, von Geschirr über Besteck bis hin zu Töpfen bleibt kein Wunsch offen (Mikrowelle ist keine da, aber wir haben sie nicht vermisst).
Die Wohnung ist nur über eine Treppe erreichbar, also nicht barrierefrei. Eine Busverbindung gibt es nicht. Auch wenn man einige Wanderungen & den Weg nach Bad Aussee direkt von der Wohnung starten kann, ist ein Auto ratsam. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Mutter hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und waren sofort zur Stelle, als die Heizung mal nicht ganz so viel Lust hatte. Die Dusche verwöhnt mit schön warmem Wasser. Es gibt reichlich Stauraum in Schränken und Kommoden. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ist das Bett mit 1,60 m nicht soo breit, als Ausweichmöglichkeit lässt sich aber das Schlafsofa im Wohnraum verwenden. Ein Schlafzimmerfoto (Bett direkt neben Fenster) ist aus meiner Sicht veraltet, ich lade aktuelle Bilder hoch.
Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten! ;-)

The appartment is located on the hill in Obetressen which is part of Bad Aussee. you habe a beautiful view to the Tressenstein mountain. the app is spacious, clean , has everything you need. you can visit by foot Bad Ausseee, Altaussee and even Grundlsee. the scenary is fantastic. From the balcony you could see the beauy of nature
