"The place is a good size and the ac was very comfortable in the summer heat of Bologna. From the apartment to the inner city it's not longer than a 5 minute walk. Also there is a supermarket close by"

Location was great
Did not get key code or instructions until off the train at 7 pm while on the street in front of train station. Asked for it several times that day on the train ride. Very, very frustrating! When we got to apartment was hot and tried to turn down the heat down but could not as is locked on a set temperature so had to open the windows to make it comfortable but then heard street noise. These were basics that should have been covered by management company. The property was great, management company not so much.
