My partner and I were fortunate enough to get to stay here for the first week of August. She is starting school soon so it was the last get away before things get busy and it was exactly what we both needed.
First off, the drive from Denver to this location was a breeze and beautiful at that. Once we got there and opened the door to the unit we instantly felt at home away from home. The unit was clean, cozy, and instantly relaxing. Every window you look out of you're surrounded by aspens of all sizes. It was easy to get lost in watching the aspen leaves flutter in the wind. We spent our mornings on the back porch watching chipmunks play, hummingbirds flying around feeders, and just enjoying the stillness of Winterpark. There were so many trails just in walking distance of the unit that offered so many different views and sights to enjoy. We saw so much wildlife and Rocky Mountain National Park was about an hour away, so we even checked that out and had a blast.
The town itself has so many places to eat, shops to explore, and activities for whoever you may bring along with you on your trip. The owner of this unit is one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever met and you can truly tell that they had a lovely experience staying up here and only want others to experience the peace they also, and that we, experienced while staying here. If you're able, we highly recommend staying for a bit. You wont need long before you're out on the back porch like we were reminded of the important things in life--being in nature and being together.
Also, the hot tubs were awesome!

Perfect condo location in Winter Park! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub every night. Resort shuttle was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit CO!
