Welcome to Villa Eufemia, a spacious holiday home located in Istria, near the picturesque village of Žbandaj. This beautiful house with a pool offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Villa Eufemia is situated on a large, partially enclosed property that ensures privacy and tranquility. The village of Žbandaj, where you can find a shop, café bar, and restaurant, is just a few minutes' walk away. The town of Poreč, known for its beautiful beaches, rich entertainment, sports, and cultural offerings, is only 8 km from the house.Villa Eufemia offers its guests various amenities for enjoyment. There is an outdoor pool ideal for refreshing during hot summer days, a children's playground with a swing and slide for the youngest guests, and three secured parking spaces. Guests also have access to a covered summer kitchen with a fireplace and a tavern in the basement of the house.The house spans three floors, with a total area of 245 m². On the elevated ground floor, there is a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a laundry room. On the upper floor (high attic), there are four comfortable double bedrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom, two rooms have double beds, and one room has two single beds. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Istria is a region known for its rich history, culture, and natural beauty. Besides beautiful beaches and crystal-clear sea, guests can enjoy cycling and hiking trails, exploring historic towns like Poreč and Pula, and tasting local delicacies in numerous restaurants and taverns. We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The welcome was warm and friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is very peaceful, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We highly recommend this villa and would love to come back!
