Exceptional service from friendly and generous hosts. Stayed 2 nights, good location for exploring Cornwall. Room was snug as described, spotlessly clean and comfortable. John and Amy are great hosts. Small things like having fresh milk available to guests for tea or coffee and having access to the breakfast room for dinner made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. Overall I can't say enough about how great the hosts are. Would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

Wonderful stay for 8 nights , very clean, tidy spacious room.
Felt very welcome from start to finish.
Car parking available front and back of the property.
Excellent breakfast and very freindy and pleasant host.
Would stay again and definitely recommend

The bed was comfortable. It’s a nice place to lay your head and a walking distance to the beach. Had a peaceful time.
