Es war eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, alles perfekt durchdacht und sehr sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet….man merkt die Liebe zum Detail!!!! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, besser geht gar nicht, mitten im Ortskern von Riez!!!! Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war mehr als angenehm und perfekt!!! Danke dass wir unsere Motorräder direkt neben der Polizei parken durften!!!

A very mixed review. Firstly. A hight deposit of €500 was taken out and kept for over a week. For 1 night stay, is to complicated. Then a form has to be to filled, a city tax to be paid separately. Nothing was send to us. So we ended up at night outside waiting to get details how to enter apartment. Then had to make payment. And finally such a long list of house rules you receive after booking. For example have to take sheets off, wash dishes etc. We paid nearly €300 for one night. To have a headache that after staying there just 10 hr we have to do so much was really annoying. And checkout was 10am but they extended for us a late checkout 11am. Also, we wanted to make coffee. There was no sugar. So basically for this price you do not get much and you do have to clean after yourself. Sofa in living room tiny and inconvenient to sit. Generally whole sitting/dinning room/tv area very funny and not functional.
