Well equipped with good quality appliances. Host offered help with luggage. Actually, cleaner (Jay) carried our luggage up the many flights of stairs. We are both in our 80s and have had serious medical problems (cardiac and emergency surgery).
Loud nighttime street noise often prevented sleep. No instructions for high-tech cooking appliances. Instructions for washing machine were for a different model.
Long haul from street level required climbing stairs with rests between floors.

L'appartement de Dante est comfortable, joli, fonctionnel et particulièrement bien placé (2mn de la gare, restaurants en bas de l'appartement, supermarchés à 5mn...). La communication avec Dante et Tonya (responsable de la gestion de l'appartement) est facile et rapide.
Le ménage n'était pas impeccable (miettes au sol, draps tachés) nous n'avons rien dit immédiatement mais après l'avoir signalé, Tonya s'est engagée à nous rembourser les frais de nettoyage inclus dans le prix.
