L'appartement est agréablement lumineux, spacieux et bien situé. Les gestionnaires sont très à l'écoute et réactifs.
Il y avait un petit problème de chauffage.

La position est certainement stratégique et très bien desservie par le métro et les bus. Supermarché et boulangerie sont très proches. Le contact avec l’agence a toujours été très cordial et ils ont toujours répondu rapidement à mes demandes.
La maison n’était pas aussi propre que je l’aurais espéré, surtout la cuisine. L’immeuble est principalement habité par des étudiants, donc le bruit est constant, même pendant la nuit. Les escaliers de l’immeuble sont en bois : il est impossible de les monter ou de les descendre sans faire de bruit !
