a few things to note, the apartment overall was clean in terms of floors and surfaces however some of the duvets and pillows, especially the living room sofa bed had stains and a few hairs. the ironing board had a really strange mark (possibly a burn). toilet and bathroom were clean and so was the kitchen.
only other improvement i could suggest is a mirror in both bedrooms (only one had a full length mirror), we were a party of 6 so this was a bit inconvenient but nothing unbearable.
the iron was broken during our stay, we did email them asking about it and they got back to us quickly and offered a replacement. unfortunately we didn’t see the response email until we flew back to london as there was an issue with the sims. however very glad they did reach out to fix the issue fast and offered a solution.
the neighbourhood is quiet, other residents were not an issue the apartment is easy to find, views are very nice from the apartment and not far from the bus stop or the train station making the location very useful. we found the house was very well equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment and a coffee machine.

Très bon contact avec la personne qui nous a accueilli. L'appartement est calme ainsi que la résidence. La propreté est correcte. L'électro ménager est de bonne qualité.
Quelques petits dysfonctionnements que nous n'aurions pas du avoir mais qui ont été réglés très rapidement. La circulation dans le parking souterrain n'est pas simple.

Bas de la cuisine à refaire, robinet de l évier de la cuisine qui ne tient plus, ascenseur en panne et ménage fait à la va vite, moyen dans l ensemble
