Muy buena la hubicación, estabas cerca de casi todo lo esencial, y lo que no, tenías el metro cerca. Estaba todo rodeado de tiendas y restauración, no necesitas nada más.
A ver, no nos gustó los sofás cama, el de arriba, más o menos como otros sofás cama, pero el de abajo para una persona era una tortura, la persona que se acostó allí terminó acostada en la cama con nosotros ya que es una cama grande. Otro problema que tuvimos es que la calefacción, gran parte de ella parece estar programada y no obtuve mucha ayuda para cambiar ese tema, osea, que sólo calienta por la noche, no me parece mal pero nos lo podían haber advertido, por otro lado el aire acondicionado de abajo no tenía el mando y no funcionaba, cierto es que nos dijeron que pasaría alguien por allí cuando estuviéramos, pero que quieres que te diga, para una vez que vas un poco tiempo a París, no estábamos disponibles. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que heramos cinco y de menaje había algunas cosas que sólo había 4 piezas, creo que no cuesta mucho tener media docena de cada cosa disponible. En general la estancia estuvo bien, sólo que con un poco más de cuidado, creo que se puede convertir en una muy buena experiencia.

The property is ideally situated in the centre, 15-20 mins walk from La Louvre. The property is secure and well equipped with everything you need and a good amount of space. We were making use of both sofa beds, which were very comfy and the staff provided more sheets at our request. Shower was hot and spacious.
You have to collect the keys from a different location from the apartment, only 5 mins walk away but it just added extra complexity to a late arrival. Also the road that we collected the keys from exists in two places in Paris and the taxi driver took us to the wrong one (not the property’s fault) but more just for others future reference.

The location of the property was fantastic, in really good proximity to metro stations & places to eat.
Personally I don’t think the price is worth what you get, and it the area was a bit noisy during the night as you can hear people walk up and down the street
